Sentara Health is seeking an HR Representative to act as a front‑line support for colleagues, delivering real‑time, accurate responses to inquiries about general HR issues, policies and processes. You will assist onboarding/offboarding, support HR cycles, and ensure accurate processing of employee transactions, while maintaining proper documentation for HR cases.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service
• Documentation and Updating HR Records

• Provides real‑time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding general HR issues, policies, procedures and processes
• Assists with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Supports HR cyclical processes and compliance considerations

• Delivers service professionally and efficiently, managing expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction
