Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required).
• 1 year of HR experience (Preferred).
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Documentation and Updating HR Records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and processes.
