Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Human Resources Representative to serve as a front-line support for colleagues, providing real-time, accurate responses to inquiries about HR policies, procedures and processes. The role assists with onboarding and offboarding and supports HR cyclical processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.

Responsibilities
