Qualifications

• 1 year of administration or customer services experience is required.
• Human Resources experience is preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required.
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service.
• Documentation and Updating HR Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to colleagues with real-time, accurate HR information on policies, procedures, and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities and related documentation.
