Robert Bosch Group in the United States invites an HR Intern to join the HR Service Department. The position supports our HR Vision: We Care, We Understand, We Resolve, and serves as the main contact for associates in the US and Canada.

You will work 35–40 hours weekly for a one-year internship, collaborating with HR partners to educate on processes, troubleshoot, and deploy HR initiatives while developing hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, training, payroll, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree related to Human Resources.
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday for a one-year internship.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and ability to simplify complex topics.
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and navigating web-based systems.
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to change.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support HR topics such as Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll.
• Collaborate with Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to deploy HR initiatives.
• Educate managers and associates on HR processes and tools; assist with troubleshooting.
• Communicate with customers daily and solve problems in real time; coordinate with other HR teams when needed.
