As a one-year internship, you will educate managers and associates on processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time problem solving. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resources
• Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday — one-year internship
• Strong written, verbal communication and ability to simplify complex topics
• Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in navigating web-based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, quick learner, and ability to adapt to change
• Minimum 18 years of age
