Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; understanding of HR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures.
• Review and update of key business processes and general master data components.
• Collaboration with the People Operations team to meet faster support SLAs and KPIs.
