Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an on-site HR support specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and cases, including data entry for hires, terminations and salary adjustments. You will be the first point of contact for routine inquiries and will route complex issues to the People Operations team.

You will use Service Now for case management, assist with master data updates, and monitor HR inboxes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support as 1st contact for routine HR-related inquiries and data entry tasks.
• Handle case resolution via Service Now, routing to People Operations as needed.
• Monitor HR inboxes and escalate to COE, HR Partners, or Leadership as appropriate.
