Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR support professional for the Berryville plant to provide process and transactional support for HR systems. You will be the first point of contact via case management, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up and inbound calls.

Responsibilities include data updates, LOA support, and monitoring HR inboxes to route issues to the appropriate teams. Strong data entry and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to assist a broad user base.
• Strong customer service, analytical and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following procedures.
• Reviews and updates core business processes and master data components.
• Collaborates with People Operations to meet SLA KPIs.
