Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Systems Support Specialist to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and case management, serving as the first point of contact for users.

You will manage high-volume walk-up support, handle incoming calls routed to People Operations, resolve first-level requests, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR leadership to improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role and data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service, analytical, troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment; multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence per established procedures.
• Review and update key business processes and master data components.
• Collaborate with People Operations to achieve faster support SLAs and KPIs.
