Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Representative to provide front-line support to colleagues, answering inquiries about HR policies and processes. You will process employee transactions, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and maintain HR records with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

The role requires 1 year of administrative or customer service experience; HR experience and strong Workday skills are preferred. Excellent customer service and communication abilities are essential.

• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation and records for HR-related cases.
