Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required).
• Strong experience with Workday.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service; understands compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support to colleagues with real-time, accurate responses to inquiries on HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Process employee-related transactions based on research and HR guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, support HR cycles and compliance.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain documentation for HR records.
