Job summary

Amazon is hiring an HR Partner within the NACF PXT team in California. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with onsite work at an Amazon facility.

You will build partnerships across site operations, coach leaders, and leverage HR data to improve employee experiences while learning core HR capabilities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience OR equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard HR processes with quality, timeliness, and proper documentation.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate employee matters as needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels and engage in engagement activities to drive improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Coordinate site-level engagement initiatives and gather feedback for effectiveness.
• Track PXT data such as attrition, hiring, and sentiment for insights during reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and improve usability.
