Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) initiatives on-site. You’ll focus on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, building strong partnerships with operations leaders and frontline managers.

As part of the NACF PXT team, you’ll execute standard processes, handle confidential information, and use data-driven insights to improve tools and processes while guiding teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate employee matters as needed.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and track feedback channels.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and tool usage.
• Track and summarize PXT data for site reviews and team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify opportunities to improve usability.
