Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team in the Valencia, CA area onsite. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence within Amazon Logistics.

You will build partnerships, coach leaders, and use HR tech to enhance outcomes, while supporting site operations and maintaining confidentiality. You will work closely with PXT and Operations to execute programs, track metrics, and promote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years in Amazon or HR/general experience.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, maintain documentation, and meet SLAs.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate employee matters with discretion.
• Coordinate engagement activities, gather feedback, and drive improvements.
• Coach leaders on engagement, retention, and use of HR tools and processes.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews and discussions.
