Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner to support NACF PXT operations onsite. You will help foster employee experience, coach leaders, and drive HR process excellence across the site.

Responsibilities include handling confidential information, running engagement activities, and analyzing HR data to prepare site reviews. You will work with PXT and Operations to promote a positive workplace culture and effective tool adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, timeliness, and maintain HR process documentation.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels like roundtables and employee engagement activities.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Track and summarize PXT data for site reviews and discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve tool usability.
