Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support NASC PXT operations onsite at a Colorado facility. You will help foster a positive employee experience by executing standard HR programs, protecting confidentiality, and coaching leaders on engagement and retention.

You will analyze HR data, support engagement initiatives, and promote self‑service tools while partnering with operations to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace matters involving security or personnel.
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon HR/general experience or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and maintaining documentation.
Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and use of HR tools.
Assist in site engagement activities and track feedback channels.
Summarize HR data trends and support site reviews with insights.
Promote self-service HR resources and identify gaps for improvement.
