Job summary

Amazon's NASC PXT team seeks an HR Partner to support employee experience, engagement, and HR operational excellence onsite at an Amazon facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 1+ year HR general experience or equivalent experience in operations, customer service, retail, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience with senior PXT guidance.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations and tool usage.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives; coordinate logistics and gather feedback.
• Track and summarize PXT data for site reviews or team discussions to provide insights.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify opportunities to improve usability.
