Job summary

Amazon’s NACF PXT team in Davenport, IA, seeks an HR Partner who will support HR operations, engagement, and leadership development onsite. You’ll use data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance the employee experience while partnering with operations to drive culture and performance.

You’ll learn to navigate complex issues, coach leaders, and execute standard HR processes to deliver exceptional service to hourly employees and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support, address concerns, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate feedback channels and assist in driving engagement improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, communication, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives and logistics.
• Track PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring) for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and improve adoption.
