Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner within the NACF PXT team to support HR operations, employee experience, and leadership development. The role requires an onsite presence at an Amazon facility and focuses on delivering standard work, driving employee engagement, and coaching leaders on PXT practices.

You'll learn to use data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance the employee experience, while building core HR capabilities for career growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, maintaining SLA and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and escalate as needed while handling sensitive information.
• Help run feedback channels such as roundtables and engagement activities; track follow-up actions.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and use of HR tools to improve communication and performance conversations.
• Coordinate site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives and gather feedback.
• Track PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for improvements.
