Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) within the NACF team. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with a visible presence across site operations.

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, build partnerships, and coach leaders on PXT practices while leveraging data-driven insights and HR technologies to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1 year HR general experience or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating to a diverse, global audience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
• Familiarity with HR technologies and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintain SLAs and documentation
• Provide frontline employee support and resolve or escalate inquiries
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and tool usage
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Track PXT data such as attrition, attendance, hiring, and sentiment for site reviews
