Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Partner to act as the day‑to‑day HR partner for a defined client group. You’ll own employee relations, investigations, performance management, and coaching, while partnering with HRBPs to deliver HR programs and strategic initiatives.

This field role connects operations with Centers of Excellence across compensation, benefits, learning, and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and investigations.
• Experience coaching managers and guiding performance management processes.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution and documentation.
• Advise on accommodations and compliance with employment laws.
• Run annual performance reviews and calibrations for the client group.
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions and performance conversations.
• Deliver enterprise HR programs and tailor them for the client group.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Total Rewards on initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with leaders and employees.
