You will work with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported, while applying data-driven insights to enhance people processes and experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon HR/general experience OR equivalent experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, with SLAs and accurate documentation of HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate issues as needed while handling sensitive information.
• Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels; partner with senior PXT to drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations and how to use HR tools effectively.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives and coordinate logistics.
