Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred in HRM or business admin.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
• Experience as HRBP or in an operations-HR role.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs.
• Maintain standard work quality and SLAs with documented HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information.
• Coordinate feedback channels like roundtables and employee engagement activities.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and improve usability by identifying gaps.
