Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders. This role focuses on talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights and HR metrics to deliver business impact.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance employee experience, while aligning with PXT processes and maintaining strong partnerships with leaders to drive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management.

Responsabilités

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring consistent, fair application of policies.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach business leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
