EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support HR processes within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC) across the United States with limited supervision. You will review more complex HR transactions, provide coaching to less experienced team members, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Delivers service that meets customer expectations per TEC guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolves issues impacting service quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies to leadership.
• Collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent Team on processing issues.
• Prepare and run reporting as directed.
• Meet production volume and quality standards.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
