EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator in HR TEC to process and review HR transactions with limited supervision. You will support recruitment processes, coach peers, and help deliver high-quality service to EY’s internal clients across the United States.

As you collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, you’ll identify issues, propose solutions to leadership, and contribute to reporting and special projects while meeting production and quality standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.
