Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service focus with ability to anticipate needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries, resolving non-routine issues.
• Process and review HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports as directed.
• Escalate questions or discrepancies to leadership.
