Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision.
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service that meets department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolves issues affecting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking appropriate actions to reach resolution.
• Use judgement to apply concepts and guidelines; prioritize assignments and propose solutions for barriers to leadership.
