Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an Operation Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the TEC, under limited supervision, and to coach less experienced teammates.

The role involves answering internal and external inquiries, analyzing HR activity, maintaining standards, coordinating with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, and supporting reporting and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues that impact service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking necessary actions.
• Use judgment to apply guidelines; prioritize assignments and resolve barriers with leadership.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies; coordinate with EY Recruiting or Talent teams as needed.
• Prepare, contribute to, and may run reporting as directed.
• Meet production volume and quality standards; assist with special projects.
