Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center. The role requires coaching junior staff and working with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve processing issues.

You will perform duties with limited supervision, ensure production and quality standards, and support special projects as needed. EY offers a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible paid time off policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document HR transactions with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Respond to customer needs and inquiries with professional service.
• Experience with TEC procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries to reach resolution.
• Perform and review complex HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies and propose solutions to leadership.
• Contribute to reporting and meet production and quality standards.
