Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator within the Talent Enablement Center to handle HR-related transactions with limited supervision. You will coach less experienced teammates, ensure accuracy in HR processes, and proactively engage EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong communication, and the ability to balance production with quality standards across diverse HR tasks. The location is nationwide, with a flexible work setup where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identify and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary actions to reach resolution.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results.
