EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to process and review more complex HR transactions within the TEC. You’ll work with limited supervision, coaching less experienced teammates, and collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking necessary actions to resolve issues.
• Use proven judgment to apply guidelines and procedures; prioritize and propose solutions for barriers to leadership.
• Perform detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions; escalate questions or discrepancies when needed.
