Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United States to support HR TEC activities. The role involves processing complex HR transactions, reconciling data, and coaching others with limited supervision.

You will coordinate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams and contribute to reporting and process improvements. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HR processes and data handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries to reach resolution.
• Analyze activity and perform necessary actions to resolve non-routine inquiries.
• Balance and reconcile HR transactions with accuracy.
• Escalate questions or discrepancies to leadership when needed.
• Prepare and contribute to reports as directed and meet production standards.
