Job summary

You will engage with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, escalate discrepancies, and contribute to reporting while meeting productivity and quality standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years HR-related experience are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Use judgment to apply concepts and guidelines; prioritize tasks and identify solutions for leadership.
