Job summary

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator in the United States (remote nationwide) to handle complex HR transactions within the TEC framework. You will coach less experienced teammates, ensure accuracy, and resolve inquiries with limited supervision.

You'll collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, identify process improvements, and support reporting and troubleshooting to meet quality standards. This role emphasizes customer service, ownership, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership
• Performs duties and responsibilities with limited supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Processes and/or reviews more complex transactions of a Human Resources nature
• Performs detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions.
• Escalates questions and/or discrepancies
• Is proactive in contacting field members of the EY Recruiting or Talent Team, other EY personnel and external parties regarding processing issues as appropriate
• Identifies and proposes solutions on transaction issues to leadership
• Prepares, contributes and may run reporting as directed
• Meets production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management
• Assists with special projects as requested
