Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR, workforce administration, recruiting coordination, or onboarding experience preferred.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce programs, onboarding, or hiring processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end contingent worker conversion process with HR, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce Solutions.
• Support onboarding, employee data management, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain accurate conversion records, employee files, and HR system data; prepare updates and reports for stakeholders.
