Job summary

Delta Specialty Hospital in Memphis, TN is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Director/Manager by processing and updating employee information, maintaining personnel files, and handling new hire paperwork and records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and update employee information and personnel files in UltiPro.
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees and communicate with departments.
• Assist with payroll, employee relations, and staffing activities.
• Support job analyses, compensation analysis, and benefits orientation.
• Coach managers on performance, workforce planning, and recruitment.
• Maintain and update HR records and training records.
