Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in HR, staffing, or onboarding.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and managing confidential information.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; experience with Workday and UKG timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transitions: Oversee the end-to-end conversion process, partnering seamlessly with hiring managers to drive successful workforce integration.
• Optimize Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within Workday or equivalent HRIS systems.
• Empower Employees: Coordinate engaging onboarding activities and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for diverse employee inquiries.
• Drive Communication: Present confidently to large groups and coordinate cross-functional communications to proactively resolve process delays.
