Job summary

Innospec Inc. is seeking an onsite HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and assist with payroll and benefits administration. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company policies.

The role operates onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST, with dress codes varying by day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR administration experience.
• HRIS system experience required; Paycom preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to applicants and employees regarding HR policies, processes, and benefits.
• Maintains accurate employee data in payroll and retirement programs.
• Performs audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
• Assists with organizing employee training, seminars, and performance management activities.
• Administers benefits plans, processes changes, and ensures payroll deductions are correct.
• Processes bi-weekly employee payroll and updates payroll information in the HRIS.
• Assists with termination processing, recruitment coordination, and performance review preparation.
