Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in Human Resources (internships/count toward experience)
• Experience coordinating or interest in benefits, recruitment, and compensation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines with strong time management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Paycor preferred)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Administer onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Assist with recruitment: postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Support performance management and maintain evaluation records
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and HR programs
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate employee training and development
• Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment
• Maintain Paycor HRIS and ensure accurate data
• Generate HR reports and metrics as needed
• Other duties as assigned
