Innova Solutions is seeking a motivated HR Onboarding Coordinator in Woodcliff Lake, NJ to support onboarding coordination and HR administration on a 3-month contract. You will assist with posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and ensuring new hires complete paperwork.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2+ years as HR generalist with 3+ years recruiting experience; must be available in the office on first day, handle badge photos, and help with HR forms.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience as HR generalist and 3+ years’ recruiting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the recruiting and onboarding team among other admin duties related to the onboarding coordination.
• Support HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist with hiring and onboarding activities such as and not limited to opening job postings, job requisition management, screening applications, scheduling interviews by working with Workforce Management (WFM) and reserving HR conference rooms.
• Ensure Hiring Manager is in the office and available on the Associate’s first day, taking new hire badge photos, collecting and tracking signed HR forms such as the Associate Handbook, Relationship Disclosure and Social Media acknowledgment.
