That's Good HR, Inc. is seeking an Indianapolis-based Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, records, payroll, and employee inquiries. This in-office role runs Monday through Friday and offers the opportunity to work closely with operations and staff.

You will maintain HR documentation, assist with benefits administration, and help drive engagement and recruiting support while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of HR experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.
• Experience with HR systems preferred.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Spanish-English bilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and background checks.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist employees with routine HR questions and requests.
• Support payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Manage employee uniforms, badges, and vendor communications.
• Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks.
• Support recruiting and temporary employee coordination as needed.
