Qualifications

• One year in the Senior Management Analyst title.
• Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of relevant experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supervising, and developing three operational teams: Certs Team, Nominations Team, Court Officer Processing Team.
• Managing staff at multiple levels, ensuring workflow distribution and dual level approval processes.
• Overseeing the full lifecycle of certification and nomination transactions with civil service rules and PeopleSoft processing.
• Directing Court Officer onboarding, including appointments, transfers, auto promotions, and coordination with district HR teams.
• Ensuring unit capacity and preparedness for year-round hiring cycles and expanded academy schedules.
• Establishing clear procedures and standardizing statewide processes.
• Providing expert technical advice to HR leadership and district administrators on complex issues.
• Training staff and supporting professional development of analysts.
• Monitoring performance, producing reports, and recommending improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with HR leadership to maintain high operational standards.
