The New York State Unified Court System seeks a Senior Management Analyst (HR Transactions and Compliance) in the Office of Court Administration, Division of Human Resources in New York, NY. Qualifications

• One year in the Management Analyst title or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong knowledge of HR transactions and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervising assigned staff.
• Monitoring and reviewing I‑9 documentation and compliance activities.
• Assisting with employee restriction processes.
• Coordinating FOIL responses and supporting litigation‑related HR documentation requests.
• Overseeing the processing of employee reassignments and maintaining the Reassignments Mailbox.
• Reviewing probationary period calculations and ensuring timely processing of probation letters and system entries.
• Ensuring accurate uploading of certification lists and appointment information.
• Coordinating CCA referrals and scheduling medical and psychological evaluations.
• Supporting centralized preparation and issuance of appointment letters to ensure consistency in statewide language, probation notices, and peace officer status when applicable.
• Tracking probationary performance management requirements and ensuring reminders are issued at required intervals.
• Preparing reports, supporting procedural improvements, and assisting in monitoring compliance with federal, state, and UCS policies.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Travel within New York State may be required.
