The New York State Unified Court System Office of Court Administration - Division of Human Resources is seeking applications for one position in the Analyst Series. Qualifications

• Principal Court Analyst requires 1 year in Senior Court Analyst title, or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 2 years, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Providing functional support related to HR software.
• Resolving user errors and problems reported through help desk tickets.
• Compiling data and assisting users by creating or modifying queries.
• Performing unit testing.
• Understanding and managing errors on various interfaces.
• Creating business process documents, user manuals and participating in user training and supporting statewide Workday and HRA training initiatives.
• Statewide travel is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
