CME Group is seeking an HR Operations Manager for the USA to lead US HR Operations, ensure data integrity in Workday, and drive service delivery through the AskHR model. You will manage a team, champion process improvements, and partner with HR Tech on Workday enhancements and compliance initiatives to support a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HR operations.
2+ years in a management or supervisory role.
Experience with Workday, Google Workspace, and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day activities and develop US HR Operations team.
Serve as primary Workday SME governing end-to-end HCM processes and data validation.
Oversee AskHR service delivery with analytics, CSAT metrics, and reporting.
Ensure responsive, efficient SLA delivery and high-quality employee experience.
Collaborate with HR Technology to optimize Workday enhancements and testing.
Drive change management during system/process transitions across the organization.
