You will independently process employee changes, terminations, and letters, generate reports, review transactions for accuracy, and support managers with questions. This role emphasizes data integrity, confidentiality, and collaboration with the HR team.

• Ability to process Workday job changes, promotions, and terminations.
• Strong data accuracy and records management.

Responsibilities

• Process employee job changes in Workday, including promotions, transfers, and compensation changes.
• Process employee terminations in Workday and ensure HR steps are completed.
• Generate Workday reports for HR, managers, and other business needs.
• Review Workday transactions and employee data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Provide backup to the HR Manager for Workday processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and supporting documentation.
• Assist managers with Workday-related questions and reporting needs.
• Monitor HR transactions through completion and follow up on approvals.
• Support employee relations, compliance, training, and general HR activities.
