Jump Trading Group in Chicago seeks an HR Coordinator to support US employee experience through Workday operations, onboarding, and HR policy administration.

You will own Workday data integrity for the US population, develop reporting, and partner with Legal and HRBP to update policies. The role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining data across payroll and benefits cycles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience with reporting and downstream impact.
• Strong process orientation with ability to scale HR workflows.
• Ability to communicate across all management levels while handling sensitive data.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Workday or other major HRIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle in Workday end to end — onboarding, transfers, promotions, new organisations and job profiles, verifications, and exits.
• Own Workday data integrity for the US population: audit and maintain employee data, monitor integrations and downstream data flows.
• Build and maintain Workday reporting for the HR team and stakeholders, identifying automation opportunities.
• Assess downstream impact of system changes and design sustainable processes as the organization scales.
• Own new hire onboarding delivery and benefits introductions, coordinating day one orientation.
• Maintain regional HR policy documentation on Confluence with Legal and HRBP input.
• Support payroll and benefits cycles: invoice reviews, data updates, and audits.
• Document SOPs to capture knowledge across the team.
