In this critical role, you will lead a dedicated team to optimize HR processes, ensure impeccable data integrity within Workday, and champion a high-quality employee experience. By bridging HR technology with operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining global processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating innovative solutions—including change management strategies and AI automation—to elevate how HR serves our workforce.

The pay range for this role is $103,500-$172,500.
Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
